You do not have to be home at the time of service. Eight five percent of our clients are at work. You make arrangements for the cleaner to gain entrance to your home. If you would like some recommendations please call us and we’ll help you find a solution.
It’s just fine to be there also!
We typically send two cleaner to clean your home. If you have a larger home we will send a team of three or more so we don’t tie up your entire day.
You know best what you like used in your home, so yes, we prefer to use your supplies. If you would like recommendations on what supplies to have on hand for the house cleaner, please call Fernando or Neia.
Yes, Solution Cleaning carries full coverage for breakage or damage to home or office and contents that occurs while we’re cleaning. All employees are bonded for your peace of mind.
We are completely committed to the continuous improvement of all our procedures and policies. We have been servicing thousands of satisfied clients for over 20 years.
We accept cash or check. We ask for payment on the day of service. Cash or check may be left on the counter for our cleaning service crew leader to pick up. In the event of a returned check, we reserve the right to assess a $30 fee.

Please remove any items that may delay our cleaning personnel in the cleaning of your home. This will maximize efficiency and minimize the time we spend cleaning your home.
Solution Cleaning works with you. Simply call 48-hours before your regularly scheduled home cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time. We will do our best to accomodate your scheduling needs.
